Vary happy with the staff but BMW's decision not to produce and supply a handbook is failing cusromers. This is especially relevant as so many changes have been made to controls since we bought our last model 3 years ago. Penny pinching.

I wish the sales people have direct phone line to reach out. It was effort intensive to always reach them through the board. Also was not happy that after 10 days of booking, the new model of BMW was announced. Would have preferred to be earlier.

Very good. Attentive and overall good customer service. I was looking for a car at another BMW dealer which did not have the same level of service. Hence the other dealer did not make a sale

Iyata sent regular email to update me on progress and if I had any more questions that she can help with which is nice. She will always reply promptly. On the day of delivery, Iyata sent the time to go through and personised the car with me.

Great customer service from Sudiya. She helped me update my car's safety software that wouldn't update although it was already downloaded. Called me regularly with updates about MOT allowing me to stay at work until the car was ready to be picked up.

Great cars, but the service is terrible. One price quoted online but then charged something else in the dealership. Lack of interest to keeping you as a customer, now looking at an Audi q5 instead of the new X3.

The service team manager Reece Kersey was very helpful and knowledgable in explaining the service my vehicle required, and some additional work to replace the boot ram drive and update the remote software. MOT was also carried out with no issues.

I was disappointed with the amount of mud on all four of my car mats when i received the car back, which was not present when i took the car in.

Upon attending to collect my car it wasn't ready. I was advised it was still having the courtesy clean completed. Waited for 5mins, only for my car to be brought out to me uncleaned.

I wasn't able to specifically book an MOT online which led to some confusion and delay. But the personal service I had was excellent. Just fix the website so I can easily specify MOT and I would give it 5 stars.

As above. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because although my car was cleaned as part of the service, the boot was completely overlooked and not cleaned at all

Appreciate the complimentary wash, however it was very poor. All of glass had water marks all over it and I had to clean it when I got home. Wheels hadn't been cleaned properly and the door shuts were still dirty.

I purchased a car from them and it was the easiest and straight forward purchase of any vehicle I have ever had. This vehicle (M5 comp ultimate pack) now a year old went in for service this again was so straight forward with great customer service.

The first time, due to their fault, I almost got into an accident, and my last visit to them, they left scratches on my car, and in connection with this, I am very unhappy.

I approved additional work to be done. When I collected the car it wasn't done. It a big effort to drop the car over and then collect it in business hours so it's not getting done anytime soon. Very annoying.

Only comment is when I phoned to book my car in for an MOT it was a full 4 weeks before it could be done. Thankfully I had given myself enough time so that was ok. On the day I couldn't wait for the car either which was a pain too!!

We went in for a brake fluid service, this was carried out satisfactorily, however wile we where there we had our car valued, the valuation was an insult being over 10k lass then we payed for the car for only one year ago from another bmw dealership
