The pre sales and handover experience was great. But I am now pursuing an issue with respect to the quality of the vehicle preparation in terms of paint 'swirls'. I had to deep clean the car after collection to remove it of it's 'smeary' detailer.

As regards to the service I specifically mentioned the screen washer needed attention but the alert message is still coming up that something is wrong! As the service was quite recent I will monitor the car to make sure all is ok.

For the above reason, lack of training for staff, not helpful, cannot use your own equipment. I am now worried about what happens in the workshop as this could be a life safety issue, if Front off house are not competent.

The car had a recall and the team were very helpful in booking us in and keeping us updated with the progress. The goody bag was a real nice gesture too. Only reason I didn't give 5 stars was because the car had to stay in overnight awaiting parts.

1) Intermittent boot auto-open & close investigation cost extremely high (without repairs) at over £1.5k for 2020 plated car! 2) Dashcam camera connections removed (not restored back) I had to drive back for power cable restoration (with apologies)

The car had a prior appointment for front brake pads to be changed. The car was kept for 4 days which we feel is very excessive just to change two front brake pads. Excuses were given. No discount was offered for our inconvenience.
