Very expensive for a minor service / oil change and oil appears over-filled - leaving a slight leak on my drive.
Documentation errors and nobody returned my calls when I queried them.
1 thing irritated me.Car in before 8, told it wouldn't ready till 5.Surprised as, forecourt was about 10% full.Given card with name of person who would contact. Never heard all day.I called 4.30 told car was ready. I love rush hour driving

It took a long time to change a tyre. While I appreciate that they were able to fit me in they could have made the processes a lot simpler like taking the payment and doing all the paperwork while the car was being fixed rather than only afterwards

Very satisfied as my vehicle was delivered back to me at home once dealt with. We were kept up to date on progress as well.
I told you about problems with sat nav entry. You had the car for the whole day, seemingly upgraded the software, but don't seem to have checked whether it actually works. I continue to have the same problem.
No Body shop @ Bromley. Even some minor scratches could not be touched up. I was advised to "ring around" other Stephen James BMW garages !

250 characters not enough. Suffice to say my car was given back to me filthy again. I thought I was on the VIP scheme? yet garage cant be bothered to clean it? Previously had Merc and Volvo, and neither would hand a customer a dirty car back.
Bit of confusion when I first checked the car in (I had booked a timed service which should have taken 90 minutes but the dealer wasn't aware of it). Car returned clean and tidy.
the car was recalled by BMW UK and yet the dealership had it booked in for a "service" and not the recall. They did not seem to know exactly what it had been recalled for despite the number being on the booking for the battery cable issue
I have had a very good experience with the last two seven series and my current model seven, the service I have always received has been excellent.
We had to explain the problem three times. Although the air con/ventilation fault had been examined by a technician, the first reception engineer made no notes on the file. When we checked the car in we had to repeat everything twice...

See above and continued. We still have to come in again to have some body work done to repair a small dent/scratch to our vehicle (x1) which we believe occurred while at your service/sales centre.
They did the service but were unable to sort out the fault with the car locking mechanism and I need to rebook the car.
My problem was fixed quickly and dealt with in a transparent correct manner.

The whole process was very straight forward. I was given a cost to replace my old X3 so I knew exactly what the process was going to cost (including the part exchange). Nick was really helpful and kept me informed at each stage, giving regul updates
The amazing man that assisted me was very helpful, patient and understanding. He gave me time to think over things and did not at any time force his opinion on me. He is such a pleasant person to deal with.
